What we are looking for
As a Marketing wizard your key role is to drive relevant traffic to our website, converting them to leads and sales, being responsible for the marketing actions in the local market.
We expect you to have current experience of digital marketing, especially search engine optimisation, Google Ads and social media marketing. You shall have a customer-oriented mindset, wanting to deliver the best content to our customers, to add value to their daily life.
You will be collaborating closely alongside the marketing manager and the international team to plan, develop and execute the digital marketing of our brand in the local market.
Areas of responsibility:
Plan, develop and execute our strategy for acquiring quality traffic
Inbound marketing through creation of content to our websites
Create digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate; including social media, direct marketing and display advertising campaigns
Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
Monitor KPIs including conversion rate, quality, keyword performance, redirects, click rate, bounce rate
Measure and report regularly on performance of executed campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences
Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner
Suggest improvements for process and productivity optimization
Work with web developers and marketing teams to properly implement SEO best practices and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience
Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices
Required & desired skills:
Proven work experience in digital marketing; including SEO and SEM, social media, display advertising campaigns, email marketing
Passion for marketing, improving the customer journey, dedication and eagerness to continuously develop yourself and the marketing of our company
Creative and experienced in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Data-driven thinking, strong analytical skills and deep understanding of Web Analytics to provide evidence-based recommendations
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Professional working proficiency in Swedish (Stockholm) / Finnish (Helsinki) and English, additional languages are an asset
Experience from both B2C and B2B segments
Experience from the Financial industry
